Contact us via phone or email to provide details and quantity of items to be digitized. Our team can help identify tape types or even endeavor to repair any damaged tapes. We offer guidance on selecting the most suitable archive media. 

Collect all of the items you would like digitized and put them into containers or boxes. For tapes and reels, we suggest you number them with stickers, or we can do that once the job arrives in our office. 

During our call, we can schedule a drop-off time, or if you happen to drive by our office and see the OPEN sign in the window, you can just come on in. Our team is often assigned to jobs outside our office, or recording in the studio, so if you visit us during weekdays between 9 AM - 5 PM and the door is locked, please call 703-532-3400

Upon completion of the job or should any questions arise, we will reach out to you to arrange a convenient pick-up time for the return of your media. We will retrieve the finalized product, available on USB, DVD, or via an online link, ensuring seamless delivery of the completed work.
